Russia prepares for future combat in the Arctic
There are four countries who have ambiguous rights to the arctic region: Russia, Canada, Denmark, and Norway. Some of you may know that Russia made the effort to go to the bottom of their continental ridge and plant a flag, symbolizing they own the arctic (and more importantly have rights to the wealth of natural resources estimated to lie beneath the ocean). Watch out for the true Cold War on the northern horizon.
